What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites.

What we have done

• Checked text colours against their backgrounds for readable contrast, and changed the ones that were too faint.
• Made buttons and links large enough to tap comfortably on a phone.
• Given every page one main heading, with the sections beneath it in order.
• Given the images on our main pages a text description, and labelled the form fields on our own pages.
• Made the phone number and address tappable, so they open your phone’s dialler and maps.
• Checked the main pages at phone width, so they read without sideways scrolling.

Where we fall short

• The booking calendar is provided by a booking software company, and the card payment form by Square. We have adjusted how they look, but we cannot change how they are built, and parts of them may be harder to use with a screen reader or keyboard.
• Some product descriptions come from the brands, and not every product photo has a detailed description yet.

At the studio

The studio is on the ground floor. There is accessible parking outside with a short ramp to the entrance, so there are no steps between your car and the suite. If you need anything else to make your visit comfortable, tell us when you book or call ahead.
