Booking and our policies

Every appointment is also covered by our Policies — the grace period, rescheduling and cancellation, deposits, guests and children, and minors — and by the Policy, Terms & Conditions and any treatment consent you agree to when you book. If anything in those differs from this page for your appointment, those apply.

Deposits, cancellations and refunds

• A deposit is taken when you book, to hold your time. The amount is shown before you pay and counts towards the price of your treatment.
• Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded to the card you paid with. When you cancel online, this happens automatically; it can take a few business days to show on your statement.
• Reschedule at least 48 hours before and your deposit moves with you to the new time.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before, or miss your appointment without telling us, and the deposit is not refunded.
• If we have to cancel or decline your appointment, we refund your deposit in full.

Treatments

Our treatments are cosmetic. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Before a treatment you answer our intake questions honestly and completely, and you tell us about any change in your health since. We may decline or stop a treatment if we believe it is not safe for you. The consent and release you agree to when you book set out the risks and your agreement in full.

Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings and orders made from your account.
• Confirm your email address within 7 days of signing up, or the account is deleted and the address freed for its owner.
• We may close an account that is used to mislead or abuse the booking system.

The shop

• Products are for pickup at the studio; we do not ship.
• Prices are in US dollars. Texas sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund what you paid for it.
• Returns: unopened, unused products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Once a product has been opened, the sale is final — no returns or exchanges.
• Product descriptions and ingredient lists come from the brands. Check the ingredients, and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, ask us.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. Refunds go back to the card used to pay.

Not medical advice

We are estheticians, not doctors. Nothing on this website, and nothing we say during a treatment, is medical advice. For a medical condition, see your doctor.

Website content

The text, photographs and design of this website belong to us or to the brands and people who allow us to use them. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using or being unable to use the website, and our responsibility for any order or booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we cannot settle a disagreement by talking it through, it will be handled by the courts of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book or order is the one that applies to that booking or order.
