Our Policies
Sonder Esthetics and Nail Care gives 10-minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. Clients that are late to their appointment may run the risk of their treatments/appointment being shortened but still charged the full-service fee OR may be required to pay 50% of the service and reschedule.
All Clients under the age of 18 are required to have a parent of legal guardian present at all their appointments.
In event of Rescheduling/ Cancellation, Sonder Esthetics and Nail Care asks that you allow at least 48 hours advance notice.
For your safety and ours, please do not bring extra guests or children with you to your service. Our equipment is not safe for small children and our insurance does not cover injury cause to anyone that is not receiving services.
